Abstract

|
5 cases of trifascicular block reported from Dept of Internal Medicine, St. Mary´s Hospital, Catholic Medical College.
Etiologically; 2 cases of arteriosclerotic heart disease, one case of cor pulmonale. one case of myocardiac infarcton and one case of etiology unknown.
Classification; (1), RBBB + LAH & LPH (2) RBBB + ILAH (Incomplete LAH), ILPH (Incomplete -LPH) (3) LPH + IRBBB & ILAH (4) LBBB + IRBBB (5) RBBB, LPH ± ILAH (6) RBBB, LAH + ILPH etc. were observed.
